Lamborghini

So, last night I was laying in bed about to check my email when a picture of a yellow lamborghini popped up onto my yahoo feed. It was a video about some guy in the suburbs of Chicago just driving around having a good time. So this guy was stopped at a red light and it turns green, alright no big deal, the guy floors the car and drives it in between two mini-vans. How do you manage to do that? First off it was a left-hand turn, not hard to do at all, and he couldn't slow down just a little bit? It was the funniest thing I've ever seen but, it sucked for the driver of the lambo. Thats so much money to wreck in between two mini-vans. All-in-all the guy was a few floors short of the pent-house suite.

Professional Athletes

First off, I was once that kid when I was growing up wished I could be a pro athlete. I always dreamed off being so good at basketball that I could make millions and have adoring fans and be big and famous. I soon realized that I go to Homer so any chance of that happening died. Now, that I see pros making all of the money that they do for something as dumb as a sport is quite ridiculous. There are people that work their asses off their entire lives and barely make enough money to survive. All of the money that pros make should not be given to them. All they really do is play a backyard sport and people love them for no reason. I'm not saying that I hate these people but, what I am saying is why do they worship them? The sport will make no impact on their life most likely. The chances of them winning the lottery is probably better than them becoming a professional athlete.
